Carpet Area refers to the area of your flat which you could use to cover using a carpet. That is, the floor area inside your flat or apartment without considering the area covered by walls. It is basically the net usable floor area inside the flat.
Built-up area refers to the area of inside your flat including the carpet area and the area covered by walls. This will also include any of the unusable area such as space covered by balcony, outer kitchen wash areas, terrace (if it is inside the house) etc.
Super built up area refers to the complete built up area of the property which includes the Built up area of your apartment as well as includes your proportionate share of the common facilities of the housing community or the project. Some examples of these common facilities include area covered by common lobby, lift, stairs, etc. Some builders may also add the areas outside the buildings such as Club houses, swimming pool, garden area, etc.
